Dr Jamie Banks delivered the academic paper entitled, “Razzmatazz Scottish Cup!”: Alcohol Sponsorship, Experiential Marketing and Scottish Football, 1976 – 1980′ at the Intoxicating Experiences workshop, hosted by University College Cork. The workshop was organised by Dr Oisín Wall, Dr Alice Mauger, and Dr Peder Clark in support of the Intoxicating Experiences: New Approaches to Drugs and Alcohol History edited collection, to be published with McGill-Queens in 2026.
